I have 15 pairs. Half are sitting in a box and haven't been worn in years. I only really wear about 4 pairs regularly.

Way too many still and I just donated about 30 pairs to the salvos, shoes were my weakness.

    Three

One pair of cheap canvas laceups with plastic soles that are wearing thin after only one month of use.

One pair of nice mens dress shoes that dont look too masculine.

One pair of mens moccasins with nice thick comfortable soles.

I'm size 11 in womens shoes, so typically find myself shopping in the mens section to find shoes that fit.

Edit - I forgot the pair of joggers I bought from Athletes Foot ($200) and have worn only a handful of times because I dont like them.
And I saw other people mention slippers. I don't really consider my fluffly sheep-shaped slippers to be shoes.

    ------

For about five years, I only had a pair of Birkenstocks which I had bought from an orthopaedic shoe shop, and I wore them everywhere - but they eventually wore out.

    5 pairs

    - joggers
    - black thongs
    - black heels
    - ugg boots
    - black ballet flats

I used to have pairs upon pairs and had a really bad addiction. But 2 pregnancies and my feet have grown so much that I don't even bother anymore
