    I've never been good at breakfast.

    Whilst making kids lunches, I might make myself a vegemite sandwich.
    Other than that, it is often either nothing, or grab a piece of fruit.
    Sometimes a cup of dry cereal.
    Occasionally I'll have left-over dinner.


    Today it was a pear.

    I tell my kids that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but dont model that behaivour myself. Bad me! Miss14 refuses to eat breakfast claiming that it makes her feel sick.

    Have never been a breakfast person. Sounds like you eat a very health one...good for you! Coffee and a plexus slim drink then it is rushing about like crazy to get the kids ready for the day. I usually get hungry about 10 so I have brunch.

    I don't function well in the morning, so I start the day with milky coffee. An hour or so later I eat a banana or some cereal.

    On the weekends I usually cook eggs with toast, avocado, mushrooms etc, but it's more like brunch as opposed to breakfast.

    Always have a slice of Vegemite toast with lots of butter and a mocha made in the nespresso.
