    oats
    bran (two types - sticks and granulated)
    sunflower seeds
    shredded coconut
    sliced almonds
    dried cranberries
    sultanas
    (feel like I've missed something...)

    plus a hot drink

    Muesli with chopped up banana and strawberries is my fave when I have the chance to sit down. Sometimes I just have a coffee and those Belvita breakfast biscuit things
