Depends. Sometimes eggs with some spinach and tomato. Sometimes Turkish bread and Vegemite.

Today I'm having avocado, tomato and bacon on sour dough.

Protein and veges. Meat such as sausage, bacon, chops, ham. Eggs done all different ways, veges such as sautéed cabbage, capsicum, onion, mushrooms, tomato, eggplant. We always have this in various combinations like baked omelettes, frittatas, sautéed combos. I don't eat grains, so no toast and definitely no processed cereals in this house. The most important thing is that morning cup of tea though

If i could it would always be Vegemite on toast but I'm trying to mix it up a bit. Special K with natural yogurt and fruit, bran muffins, sometimes cheese, tomato and avo toasted sandwich....

Pretty similar to the kids. Porridge or weetbix with honey and banana. Or toast with peanut butter or eggs or in summer I'm more likely to have yogurt and fruit than porridge or weetbix. Or a smoothie.
