    Default *spin off* what do YOU eat for breakfast?

    I was being really healthy having things like greek yogurt and fruit, eggs with no bread and things like baby spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes.

    Lately ive been eating weetbix, special k or puffed wheat or toast/ crumpets with sugar free jam, vegemite or honey.

    What do u have to start ur day?

    Usually just toast and fruit, nothing exciting but delicious none the less.

    Cereal with banana on it - porridge, puffed wheat, or mini wheats.

    Cheese and tomato on toast

    Fruit and yoghurt

    Scrambled eggs

    Same as the kids, porridge (made on water) with honey and LSA on it. (I skip the cup of milk though).
    And a cooked breakfast one morning on the weekend

    Semolina or Oats in winter and in summer (on school days) I will alternate between corn flakes with chopped up lady finger banana, Uncle Toby's Plus cereals, toast with a spread of some sort, boiled egg, muesli.

    Usually nothing....
    Sometimes after a sleepover at work I will have Special K.
    Sometimes I will eat strawberries and yoghurt around 10am...

    Usually nothing until about 10.30am
    I have to take thyroid meds in the morning and wait an hour before eating and I always forget to take them early and take them at 9am instead.

    I like porridge, muesli with yogurt or toast.
