Default Can I eat this food??

I made up a batch of soup & risotto when I was really sick with pharyngitis a fortnight ago. Do you think it'd be safe to eat it (I froze it straight away) or should I just chuck it to avoid possibly getting sick again? I don't know too much about how sickness is spread :/

I have no idea really, I wouldn't think the germs would survive the freezing process. If you froze it straight away you could probably eat it but make sure you heat it extra hot as rice/risotto is notorious for harbouring salmonella type germs.

I'd eat it. Cold and flu germs aren't very tough when exposed to extremes of heat and cold. And if you don't want to you can send it my way. Yummy risotto!
