Had contractions at 3 mins apart this morning but apparently they weren't strong enough, only 4 cm dilated, found this out after a trip to the hospital at 5.30!
So now I'm drinking raspberry leaf tea like there's no tomorrow, trying to rest and waiting for the few big contractions to hit to get me to where I need to be....

Just thought I'd give you girls an update.
Thanks for the update. Try to relax while you can. I rode out all my contractions, curled up on my left side. I also went from 3 - 10cm quickly. I had good intentions of being on a fit ball, but once the contractions hit, I just wanted to lie down.

Good luck, I hope this is over for you soon, you must be exhausted

    Hey everyone!

Munchkin - If I go full-term, we'll be having our babies around the exact same time then. :-)

I'm 13+1 today - officially in Tri 2! Still haven't had my dating scan though. I have had a bit of a nightmare... my midiwfe got my dates mixed up and thought I was 10 weeks instead of 13 so I have had a really late first meeting (booking appointment) with her. I'm now pushing to be scanned before Friday or I'll miss out on the Down Syndrome screening which would be totally unfair!

Stress a pregnant woman does not need!

    Hope everyone is doing OK?
