Does anyone set an alarm for like 3am or something silly so that they can do a temp at the same time daily? I'm thinking I might have to do this as I think the temp fluctuations are moreso caused by my time variations (I was just doing it when I woke at whatever time that might be, 4, 5, or 6am).

    Welcome

I'm thinking the same thing (about setting an alarm for an earlier time)!

I reckon I'd still have the same kind of issue though - I always (mostly) wake up before it goes off, sometimes well ahead of it. Good luck to you

What's the reasoning behind doing it early? Before usually waking ? I have my alarm for 6:30

Only because I keep waking up extra early anyway - I have my alarm set for six am - but I keep waking up before it - for instance this morning was at 4am - and I'm not just waking and going straight back to sleep......I'm rolling around, fully waking up.

But I figure if I were to set m alarm for 4, I'd wake up before then too!!

It occurred to me the other day that no matter how I try to accurately record what's going on (temps, cm, O, etc etc), my body will do what my body will do.

    Sigh. We shall see

Temp rose slightly this morning (but that's not unusual for what is MEANT to be cd1) - again woke up at 4am - dh still working early and our house is very small so i hear everything. I'm normally a very heavy sleeper, I think im just on edge with ttc. Pre AF symptoms disappeared (I had them on and off all last week up to yesterday when I normally only get them the day before).....but bfn this morning.....

Hardly a dip becca, I reckon it was the early wake up that caused it.

This is me too, I have felt lie AF was just hours away for days now, and I normally only get those symptoms just before AF. They are still with me this morning though...
