Waking up an hour early will make your temp 0.1° lower, so it should really be 36.15, which is higher than yesterday. I know this adjustment is accurate, as I've had times where I've woken up in the early hours (after 3 hrs of unbroken sleep), then gone back to sleep & woken again after 4 hrs & there was 0.4° difference between the two temps. It doesn't work so well if you have restless sleep though.

I read FF prefers you not to adjust temps. Feels like af might be on her way but who knows really. Iy sucks that we can even try this month because ill be away overseas during O unless something magical happens and I O early because but I doubt that lol.

So this morning I woke up an hour earlier and I have had no blankets on normally I do so my temp reading was like 36.40 so I put my blankets on went back to sleep (there was no talking and I was tired but I woke up so thought I'd better do temp) blankets on then had the extra hour sleep to when I'd normally wake and temp was 36.56 same as yesterday - which temp would you go by? First or second

Becca- it does look better - I know for myself I hate seeing those open circles on my chart they're distracting!

Bump2bubba - I'd probably use the first one and make note of the second one......

AFM, earlier today running around with DH I noticed that I felt "wet", to the point where I figured it was AF and I started composing in my head a post about how freaked out I was about my short lp (I'm 9dpo today).

I checked when we got home, and it wasn't AF but heaps of creamy cm (had some sticky bits but mostly creamy)....cervix seemed high and soft too (was almost out of reach).....these are good signs, right? (Says she who earlier swore off over analysing symptoms - that's lasted oh, about....9 hours or so.....)

HPT this morning with FMU was a .

    Sigh.
