    Welcome.

    Start as soon as you can but it isn't essential to start on cd1...at least a few days before o is needed.

    Take your temp as soon as you wake up in the morning, before getting up or doing anything else, ideally after at least 3 hours of undisturbed sleep.

    I think there was someone using ovuview...

    I use Ovuview. I prefer the look of it to ff. I got the paid version, which was much better value than the paid version of ff. I think it was about $5. I like how you can change the colours of the display. I'm just waiting to try out the pregnancy tracking function now. fx I'll get to do that in 30 days (CD1 today, yawn)

    I find it really difficult to differentiate between the pains & twinges I get due to stomach issues :-/

    I get pain on the inside of my hip bone on the front and back. But as I don't ovulate I think it's just normal ovary pain.
