Ok stupid question alert. Is the bbt accurate say if you woke at 430am and tossed and turned, not getting back to sleep before finally taking temp at the usual waking time of 630am? Do you have to take it as soon as you wake? Thanks ladies.

No stupid questions on this thread!

That's ^ what I did his morning - and I think it threw my chart out - as the best temp will come after (at least) 3 hours of uninterrupted sleep. I did know that, but I keep getting open circles on my chart when I take temps at different times lol. Tomorrow I'll take it as soon as I wake up. Although that being said, I've woken up before but went straight back to sleep and taken it when my alarm went off - I don't think that throws it out as much......

Yes! My first bfp I had the worst cramps it was horrible and tested at least 3 times during the day and they were neg but at like 11pm the cramps were so bad I tested again and it was positive.

I think this is the fourth time ff has given me cross hairs this cycle? I don't trust it for a second.. Though I did have horrible cramps and thought af was on her way.
