About $100 in the main one and $1300 in the other, we transfer the money over as we need it.
Enough to get us through till next pay day & pay some extra off the gas bill. Unless I start playing on grocery run again... Hmmmmm pop tarts
Ck2b why are you being ... A bit aggressive in your replies?
Think its around the $400 mark. All bills are paid and there's about two weeks before we get paid again (monthly pays suck!)
Doing pretty well this month!
I saw it as a simple harmless question on a forum where I have happily answered posts about how often I DTD, do ever hate my DH etc etc. I didn't think that this question was considered to personal for such a forum. It never occurred to me at all that anyone would find anything wrong with such a question and to be honest I still can't see anything wrong with it. I didn't put my balance initially as the baby started crying and I never got back on till now.

I don't understand why people get "funny" about money. It's always seen as such a taboo subject, "I can't say I have nothing, how embarrassing, people will think less of me" and "I can't say How much, people will think I'm gloating and change their opinion of me" are both pretty common thought processes when it comes to disclosing monetary amounts.
I understand why people may feel the above holds true, but I still don't "get" it. Money is money and we will all earn different amounts and have different amounts in our bank accounts. There should be no shame in money, regardless of the amount.
But I digress, I guess my point is, there are some very personal things asked and revealed on these boards, and I don't understand why as soon as the topic is money, it's being called out as 'too personal'.
Money is assumed as personal but when AF arrives (or does not), BDing and breastfeeding ect are assumed as not personal Hmmm.
Not heaps, $20 or so but we get paid on Thursday so it's not too bad.
