I've registered as well....I'm not sure how I will go but I think once I get into a bit of a routine with the exercise at home I'll be right!

Hi, I've registered my interest today for round 4.

Having a look through the round 3 thread and all the yummy food posted, I think I'm ready to do this.

So does anyone know if you can start paying now , or do you wait until the preseason starts?

    Good luck to everyone

Round 4 registration opens Monday, then pre-season October than round in November ( I think). I'm doing it too!

I did round 3 last year. Meh... I didnt think it was awesome. No one else in the house would touch the food and it was soooo expensive over $200 a week! And u might only need a tablespoon of an expensive condiment for one little thing.

Ok so I'm 3 days in and it's not too bad - i am in the right mindset but I can't see myself following her recipes to the letter. Mainly due to some of the expensive ingredients (I'm not going to source pomegranate for example) but am just trying to substitute ingredients with similar ones).

I'm hoping to lose 5-7kgs which seems achievable in 12 weeks. Whether it happens is another story

Anyone else giving it a go?

I think that as long as you are careful with what you sub it will be fine. I dont eat seafood so subbed all for chicken and it was great still.
You can also double up some meals to reduce cost, a friend of mine does it but only uses two bfasts etc.

Good luck! I wanted to do this round but have just had a csec so waiting until next time. I use her recipes still though
