Default Doctor's urine test ever wrong?

I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced a doctors urine test being negative when in fact being pregnant.
I've done 4 home pregnancy tests 2 different brands all 4 have been positive. yet doctors urine test came back negative. I've gotta wait until monday for blood results, but just wondering if anyone has experienced wrong doctors test?

Yep, mine was negative at the doctors. I had taken my positive test with with me to show the dr but she still wanted to do a urine test there. I had bloods done straight after the doctors and got results the next morning, I was definitely pregnant, my ds is now 2.5 yrs old.

I've never had that happen as GP went straight to bloods. If you have had 4 positive home tests I'd be pretty confident with them, they are really sensitive.

Yep, I had positive tests at home, then positive blood tests.
Had to go to hospital for suspected ectopic and they did a blood test and urine test. Urine was negative and blood was positive.
I don't think their tests are very sensitive.

yeah I was the same took 2 positive tests with me and dr still wanted urine. which came back negative, what made it worse dr was so rude about it all, wasn't even gonna send me for blood test, she said my tests are wrong.. did another home test this morning and it's positive.
thanks guys put my mind to rest, I didn't think 4 test's could be wrong.

Yes!! This happened to me. I was so mad that I wasted money trying to confirmwhat 4 homes tests already confirming. Needless to say I didn't go back.

Yep happened to me too. Although I think half the problem was the dr didn't know how to read the test :/

I had urine test at the GP to confirm I WASN'T pregnant, and he only used one of those commercial tests anyway! And had the cheek to charge me for it!

I didnt have any tests at the doctors, he said theirs are no more accurate than the home ones on the market now so if 2 home POAS said pregnant then I'm pregnant.
Prolly doesn't work like that if you are testing really early, I was 6 weeks
