Default Trying to understand obstetrician's scroll

Does any one have any idea what
    -Presenting Part
    -Engagement
    - FHS/FM
mean on the record card from the obstetricians?
Also can anyone decipher his scribblings?

    Looks kinda like 'NE'.
I've been a nurse for 15yrs and have a skill for deciphering doctors scribbles
but this obstetrician really takes the cake!
    Thanks for your help Mummy12.

Looks like it's got ++ next to it. Could it mean 2/5 engaged? How many weeks are you?
