    Default Trying not to stress

I am currently 13 DPO and got my BFP on 11DPO and I am doing my best not to stress out but I am just so aware of how early it is and all that could go wrong! We were beyond lucky to fall first try so it seems too good to be true!
I have had a small amount of brown spotting over the last 24 hours as well as no symptoms at all aside from a headache.
I keep testing each morning and hold my breath until the line comes up darker than yesterday's
Did anyone else feel this stressed and what did you do to relax?

I'm 7 weeks in and trust me, the stress is not going to go away! Unfortunately with pregnancy it's waiting for one milestone after the other until birth, and then you become a parent and never stop worrying.

The best thing you can do is try to relax as much as possible, talk out your feelings either with your partner, a friend, or just on BH - know that you're not alone. If a pregnancy is not successful in the early stages it is generally a chromosomal issue, so take good care of yourself and apart from that know that it is out of your hands.

Make an appt with your doc to get a blood test done and start talking over your antenatal care options. Stay away from Google! You will only frighten yourself and stress more.

That line looks pretty dark to me on your test in your avatar... That's a good thing!

Believe.... From the minute you pee on that stick and get a BFP until they turn 18 you will worry about everything! The joys of being a mum!
