We've got a 5kw system and it cost us $12k. It's knocked our bills from $700 a quarter to about $100. It would be less than that but hubby works from home and so is using electricity during the day.

We have them... DP's an electrician and works for a small company that does solar... so I have no idea how much ours cost... we only had to pay for the panels.

I do find they work really well though. We have ducted aircon that we use all summer. Our bills were about $700-$900 and now they're around $160-$300 per quarter.

I can ask DP some questions if you have any?

What kind of ducted air on do you have sassy? Refrigerated or evaporative? We are getting Evap ducted installed by summertime
