    Default When to back carry?

So my DS is 6 months and we use a manduca. He loves it but I find my hip gets a bit sore when walking distances as I have a predisposition to subluxations and it just aches.

So... I'm thinking that trying carrying him on my back might help but can't remember what age it's recommended to wait until and were moving so my book from the manduca is pack, so I thought I'd ask you clever ladies when you started back carrying??

When you feel comfortable that he's big enough for you to be able to get him on and off your back yourself. And out of the infant insert.

Oh sorry you're using a SSC. Misread your OP. I was talking about using a woven wrap
