Moths, vomit (mine or anyone else's), really high heights (over 15 floors), claustrophobia (mainly in MRI machines), the ocean.

    Large spiders

    Ghosts

    Aliens

Scary movies (although had no fear as a kid)

Swimming in still water. Well any open water really. I caught a baby hammerhead shark once and then DH couldn't understand why I wouldn't swim at that beach. ah, hello, there is a great big mummy hammerhead shark who is really angry with me for sending back her baby with a piercing through its mouth.

Totally in love with our two beautiful little girls.

    Enclosed spaces
Scuba diving/snorkelling - I think this has something to do with the claustrophobia I'm afraid that I won't be able to breathe anymore.
Mirrors in the dark - weird irrational fear that my reflection isn't doing what it's supposed to be doing when I can't see it.

    Sharp objects, heights and Clowns.

    In saying that...
I finally went to the circus and DD held my hand when the scary clown came out (it was freaky!). I climbed the Duomo in Florence and I use knives. So I try to not let the stop me, or inadvertently pass them on to the children.

My theory as a speculative teen was that in a past life I was murdered by a clown. Stabbed and pushed to my death off the trapeze or high wire or something.... Otherwise it makes no sense at all. Like most fears!
