We all eat the same thing every night. Tonight was silverside with mashed pumpkin, cauli, broccoli and beans. My 17mo DD is a huge veggie eater, I can load her plate with every veggie possible and she'd demolish it lol.

We had chicken risotto tonight. DH and I had zucchini, mushrooms and baby spinach in ours, the kids had peas and zucchini.
My kids take after DH with veggies- they are so fussy! They'll eat potato, peas, corn, carrots, beans, broccoli, zucchini and cauliflower. DS will also eat sweet potato and pumpkin, but not potato. They'll eat raw snow peas, lettuce, cucumber and avocado in a salad.

I'm very jealous so many toddlers eat all their vegetables! Unless they are hidden, aside from corn on the cob, DS1 will not touch them anymore.

He used to eat absolutely everything too

DS had left over roast veggies (potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, carrot) and a beef and gravy dinner roll. We always all have the same thing for dinner. And have done since DS was 10 months old.

Tonight we had leftovers and DS1 stole half of my dinner.. he ate fried rice, honey chicken and whatever veg was in the rice. So far he loves vegetables except peas and a few things he doesn't want to try.

DS2 had carrot, avocado and banana. He has eaten every vegetable I've tried giving so far.

We spent the weekend at my boyfriend's house so there is no proper food in my house, so tonight DD had a bowl of yoghurt then a bowl of Weetbix. They do cooked lunches at daycare so I don't worry if she occasionally has easy dinners. She has vegies most days at daycare.
