    No!!!! I love the independence having a vehicle gives me. I like knowing that I can go anywhere at any time at the drop of a hat.

    I am also highly allergic to public transport.

    Not really.. I guess it would be possible but majorly inconvenient and I'm not sure I could work and study without a car.
    I would have to bus the kids to school and bus it back home. The bus only comes once an hour as well.

    Nope - we both need cars for the business and we can often be called to do a an appointment at any time of the day or night with not much notice - in theory I could do without one when I'm at home but that would mean buses and trains to do groceries/shopping and all DS activities and that would be a nightmare!!
