    Default What vitamins are u taking while ttc?

    Im currently taking Vitamin D and Folic acid.

    Is there anything else i should be taking? Ill go onto pregnancy and breastfeeding multis once we concieve

    Vitex ×2 a day. 1 wasn't working but 2 seems to.

    Elevit ×1 a day.

    Mega b complex ×1 a day

    Calcium and vit d tablet (Citracal?) ×1 a day.
    If we don't fall preg soon I will start fish oil tablets as apparently it helps with getting preg.

    I didnt know that about fish oil, thanks.

    I know blackmores do a ttc multi but my dr only mentioned Vit D, being winter and cause i was low in it my last pregnancy

    I've just started taking the swisse pregnancy plus. Says its for preconception, conception and breast feeding,... Soooo much better than Blackmores as it doesn't stink or have that really bad taste.... I really struggled with the Blackmores and morning sickness!
