    Has anyone done Sarah wilsons 8 weeks sugar free?

    thoughts?

    Sure can Basically it's cutting out all fructose from your diet. Initially, all fructose means fruit too. After several weeks you can re-introduce fruit. The idea is that you get off the sugar high merry go round, which is something I'm very much on. Sugar converts to fat in your body. I started it on Tuesday and I've lost 1.8kg. Sarah Wilson basically does an 8 week online program designed to embed the practices. Cooking is about learning new ways to cook. Tonight I've just made a sugar, dairy free ice cream in my ice cream maker and it is delicious!
