Sorry Frenchie you had a rough day. I could be totally wrong here but is there a connection between you not taking the suboxone on time/right way and feeling like crap? It just today you mentioned not getting it until mid morning and I think last time you had a bad day it was because you weren't letting it sit under your tongue and dissolve properly before swallowing it?

    Thanks everyone.

I'm taking the time to let the suboxone dissolve properly since that last post and it definitely works better. I can't get until 11.05ish as the pool opens at 6am and the chemist opens at 8.30 so I have to wait until I close for lunch at 11 to get to the chemist to have both my suboxone and diazepam now. Yesterday I just felt so horrible and couldn't stop crying that by 8.40 I put a 'back in 5 minutes' sign up and ds3 and I raced up to the chemist.

But you're right. If there was a Way could have it first thing in the morning, I would start the day alot better. Ugh. That sounds so bad. My whole life if controlled by pharmaceuticals. I'm now a customer of an industry that I have so many issues with.
