    Thanks x

Today I hate that my mood, me everything is controlled by a drug. Oh man, I feel mainly balanced now but that depressive cloud laps at the edges often and scares me so much. I just want to know if I'll ever be ok without this cocktail of harmful pharmaceuticals.

I've been reading along but haven't commented until now. I don't really have anything to contribute as I absolutely suck with advice and with finding the right words to say....but I just wanted to say that I think that you are pretty amazing Ffrenchie! All the best xo

Thanks Hun. I'm holding on. The stays in three different units didn't really help because I wasn't wanted in any of them
But I'm pretty much stabilised and highly medicated so keeping it together. I love my life, my hubby, my kids, my job, I know god loves me despite my short comings. I just want to be able to enjoy it and cope with it unmedicated one day.

Now that I have private health I am going to find a good private unit that will deal with all my issues once work shuts down for the winter in may. Hubby is supportive of this. I will have to go into hospital to detox from the suboxone and Xanax anyway.

I have such hope for you. You are so freshly out of hospital, really at the beginnings of your recovery and have made such amazing strides. No to mention that you have only just had surgery to address a source of physical pain. You are doing amazingly . I hope that quoting Dory doesn't diminish what I am trying to communicate but...."Just keep swimming, just keep swimming, swimming, swimming". (Also apt for how you earn a living)

If it helps, it's no different from people who have to take tablets to control their blood pressure or diabetics who have to take insulin to control their pancreatic function.
