    This!

I'm thinking, should you stay another night, so that you are there tomorrow when they have the relevant staff members in board to assess you?! That way it saves you and DH and the kids another 2 hour round trip tomorrow...

    Big love...

I have been following and haven't posted till now.
Just wanted to say I hope you are in a better place this morning, you are amazing and what you have done took a lot of courage and determination! Look how many people are behind you supporting you along the way. I know it's not the same as physically having people there but I can tell from the posts people here have really lifted your spirits!

Be proud of this small step forward you have taken!
Best wishes, I will be thinking of you every step of the way xoxo

Thanks guys. Mummy rissa, you are right. It has helped immensely having all the support here. Sometimes it's better, if I had all you guys here supporting me at my bedside irl of be a little overwhelmed haha.

Feeling very dopey from the new med, like I couldn't craze out if I tried. Sleepy.

Just read threw the thread think I replied at the start
Just want to give you massive hugs can't believe you have to go through all this to get the help you need I'm so angry and frustrated our healthcare system is failing so many people and its heartbreaking

I really hope you find & get the help you need, take care and stay strong

I come from a family with lots of mental health issues and substance abuse so I can totally relate to your story

I haven't posted but have been reading along. I'm so impressed with your determination to get better. I know when I'm feeling down, I just want to mope and don't want to make myself feel happier, but your strength and drive is AMAZING and inspiring.

Take care of yourself and if you're not ready to leave, don't go!!
