I have absolutely NO advice, but hugs and big love... Ffrench, I am positive that you and your DH would have already enquired and done your research but is there a mental health unit in K'roy? What about Bundy or M'borough?

What about your local church? Do they have like a crisis service they can refer you too?

    A.

If you can't afford petrol money to Toowoomba you can ring 000. Tell them you are going to hurt yourself if you don't get immediate assistance. Either Police or Ambulance will be bound by Law under the mental health act to transport you to hospital. Even though you will be voluntary ask the ambulance or police to take out an emergency examination order on you. In my experience, patients are taken more seriously than simply self presenting to a public ED. Just my experience. I hope you get better soon. xo

Ffrenchie I'm really worried for you, it sounds like you need immediate help. Can you call an ambulance?

Then call 000 or go to ED at the Toowoomba Base. They're not going to turn you away when you're like this.

    Oh darling GBH xx

I know that place you're in right now and it's horrible and so so dark, please get yourself some help.

Do you have friend or family you could stay with closer to a major hospital where you could at least get some out patient help without the pressure of family and all your other responsibilities?

Does anyone have Frenchie on FB or contact details in the real world so that can alert her DH or call an ambulance to her address?
