Oh and he said my counsellor should never have told me to call.

Omg I just want to top myself right now.

He was going on how all the kingaroy 'overflow' end up with them at Gympie and how they don't get the extra staff to make up for it.

    Wtf?

Oh ffrench I just can't fathom that you can't get the help you need because you live rurally. It's appalling. I'm so sorry and wish I could help you. X

Why don't you present to an Ed at Brisbane? Then somewhere would have take you?

I can only imagine what you are going through right now.

I agree with anewme, I wish I could do something to help.

Probably a lame suggestion... but can you run a bath with candles and bubbles? That always helps me. Or it used to when I had a bath

I have absolutely NO advice, but hugs and big love... Ffrench, I am positive that you and your DH would have already enquired and done your research but is there a mental health unit in K'roy? What about Bundy or M'borough?

What about your local church? Do they have like a crisis service they can refer you too?

    A.

If you can't afford petrol money to Toowoomba you can ring 000. Tell them you are going to hurt yourself if you don't get immediate assistance. Either Police or Ambulance will be bound by Law under the mental health act to transport you to hospital. Even though you will be voluntary ask the ambulance or police to take out an emergency examination order on you. In my experience, patients are taken more seriously than simply self presenting to a public ED. Just my experience. I hope you get better soon. xo
