    You can also try ultrasound treatment from a womens physio; take some panadol and nurofen if not contraindicated

    Oh and if you do get ultrasound you should apply heat and very gently massage and express asap afterwards to help clear the blockage

    ZE just keep in mind that stimulating your breast 'could' start up milk production again so be careful haha.

    If your wanting to pop it more maybe visit your local pet shop and buy a hypodermic needle to use much more hygenic

    I'm not fussy, any old ooze will do, even breast milk soft serve!

    Seriously though, maybe it is some type of infection? I had a white spot on the tip of my nipple that looked a bit crusty, I ended up just feeding from that side to clear it (hurt like a bish), not helpful for you though.

    Or sending off a sample to get tested? I think it might be time for a gp review of this if you haven't had one recently
