They're all as bad and as stupid as each other! Mark Lathams comments were just as bad if not worse! I don't get how they can say such stupid things! Aren't they constantly thinking about winning voters whilst on the election campaign?? I just don't get it! I'd also much prefer Malcolm turnbull! I don't think it matters that he is wealthy. Aren't the rudds super wealthy too? Well she is anyway!

There you go, Father. Seems the consensus is that sexist is sexist here on the hub, regardless of political affiliation.

Hey. I think we should all get really offended by this new Labor candidates comment:

''It's a shame. She had the chance to be the tits of the nation, but she's missed out now,'

Disgusting! Is this guy a moron?

Rudd wanted him to run for the election too. Rudd must endorse those sort of comments.

Politicians are all the same. They are only worried about what money they can line their pockets with.

Hmmm, yeah. Look, I call strawman.

Father, you do realise that other people making sexist comments does not make Abbott less sexist in his remarks, right? So what is your point? There is nothing to stop you starting an Abbott appreciation thread (though I have no idea what you'd fill it with- I do remember him saying climate change was absolute cr@p so maybe that's a starting point for you?) but I don't think you're likely to convert anyone here- especially by scrabbling for offensive quotes from former or current labor members.

"She's not that good of a sort."

But I guess that comment was from an ex-Labor leader, so it's probably ok.

Oh. Wait a minute. It was from the Daily Telegraph, so it mustn't have happened. That evil Murdoch guy must be making stuff up again.

Sorry to interrupt the Abbott bashing. Continue.
I am usually a labor supporter but Mark Latham made my skin crawl and I couldn't vote for him. I'm really not surprised.

Though I do love a good Abbot Bashing

    Sex appeal wins!

Tony Abbott’s “sex appeal” candidate, Fiona Scott, is poised for a landslide victory in the litmus-test western Sydney seat of Lindsay with a stunning 60% of the primary vote, according to a Guardian Lonergan poll.

Scott’s huge lead over the sitting member, the assistant treasurer, David Bradbury, who has held the marginal seat since 2007, surprised even the pollster.

It seems that the bubhub community as a whole may be a little out of touch with the real world.

Father, what is your argument this time? That BH was suggesting people wouldn't vote for a candidate because Abbott called her sexy? What are you trying to say? You're not making any sense whatsoever.
