Amy Eliza....close to Elizabeth without being exactly the same.

Amy Isabel/ Isabelle- has the same meaning as Elizabeth (God's promise)

Amy Elizabeth is lovely, and also has family significance. I would probably still use it. Or, perhaps, Amy Eve or Amy Elouise??

I am an A.my Eliza.beth and I love it! I think it sounds lovely together. I dont think it should matter if another family member has used the same middle name. I dont often get called by both names except by my dad.

Depends a little on ur surname and how it balances it out. But like a lot of ppl say middle names are rarely used. I would go with what you love and not worry about someone else using it.
Elizabeth is one of the most commonly used middle names, but its lovely so why not?

Being a family name, I don't see an issue with you also using Elizabeth. It's actually quite common for families to give all of the boys/girls the same middle name.
