My shopping is done and wrapped, I always save a bit of $$ for those things that they say they really want a few days beforehand though.
I hate leaving it, I buy stuff each week, if I waited I think I'd spend the money on other things that always pop up and I'd be worried that things would sell out.
God forbid Olly wakes up on Christmas morning and there is no fart gun from Despicable 2!!

It doesn't take long but it is easier for us if I spread the cost out. I always have to take the kids so 30 mins shopping every few weeks is easier than a whole day for them.

I always think about what we will get people through the year. We live remote where there are no shops hence the reason I shop through the year on our trips to the city for things I can't get over the net. And everyone buys for everyone in dh's family so we have a fair few to buy for. It's not to do with how long it takes.

I usually wait until the last minute. But I'm due xmas day so I'll be either due, or have a newbie so I need to buy everything soon!

I never bother Xmas shopping early.

It's really not on my mind until about November.

Argh don't want to think about presents yet. Lucky for us we're heading to the USA in 2 months so I can buy everything there. Might start making a wishlist for people's presents....
