Hey ladies... Things are starting to get more and more real and closer every day... My damn miggie bites woke me up scratching can't wait for this to be over...

Anyway.. Researching the modern day cloth nappie... What are your thoughts? Has anyone used them? Any brands better than others?

I want to do a combination of both cloth for at home and disposables for when we are out and about...

    Feedback really appreciated?

I use modern cloth and love them. I tried a few different types, but itty bitti all in one work best for me. I use cloth during the day and disposables at night. It isn't too much trouble to go out and about with them. We just drove to NSW for Christmas and used them the whole time (including camping).

I won't clutter up this thread too much, but send me a PM if you want more information.

Hope everyone is surviving this heat. We are practically living at Muddy's.

    Hi
May I join in? I don't live in North Queensland (I did once for uni) but live in Central Queensland. Am I north enough?

I think that's close enough, us "rural" Queenslanders need to stick together

Just a quick question for anyone in townsville that has went to the general... 37 weeks today just wanting to make sure I got everything packed... What things should I take to the hospital as far as clothes etc? Will I be cold?

    Hi soques,
I was halfway thru long reply last night and my phone died😳
So to summarize my important things that I took.
    Maternity nightie/bf tank top
Black undies you can just throw away.
Get high ones just in case you end up with a c section and it will go over the scar.
Toiletries such as chap stick, brush, deodorant etc.
Cns provided all clothes for bub including wraps etc. give the hospital a call to find out.
    Also phone/camera charger
That's all I can think of off the top of my head
