Default Ttc another child with ex partner after implanon removal.

Hi, I know this may seem a Lil strange but me and my ex partner are trying for #2. We have been separated for about 18 months and DS is almost 3.
We are wanting to give him a sibling and my ex is really a great guy but we just lead two different lives. He will be as much a part of #2 as he is with DS.
Anyway I had my implanon out 3 weeks ago tomoro I have some ovulation kits and they had two lines appear from day 12-14 after implanon removal. I'm hoping to get a positive in a week or so.
My 1st pregnancy ended in miscarriage at 8 weeks second pregnancy which is DS took 5 months to conceive. I then fell pregnant when DS was 10 weeks old and I was fully breast feeding . Resulting in termination due to some complications.
So the question here is do u think my cycles have gone back to normal already and have many of u had success with pregnancy after implanon?? And how soon?

I fell pregnant straight away after implanon (didn't even get a withdrawal bleed). I would have ovulated about 24-36 hrs after it was taken out!

I had mine out in April and were still TTC were onto month 4 of TTC. It varies from woman to woman some get pg straight away and others longer. Apparently on average it takes 3 months for your body to regulate itself after implanon
