Default Feel like labour is imminent....37 weeks

The last couple of days I've been getting more pain. Back pain and period pain also cramps different to my normal BH but feeling BH like.....I don't know how to explain it. Been pooing every day at least once and was nesting like crazy this past week but today nausea has set in and when I wipe after the loo I have thick CM with a little colour to it but not enough for bloody show IMO. Also been getting 'stabbing' pains down there

Please tell me this wont go for three weeks want it to calm down completely or pick up

Anyone think this sounds like labour will be here soon? I can't shake the feeling it's gonna happen either :/

Hi, I would love to know the answer too, as I have noticed increased vaginal discharge which is thicker, I've been f.eeling nauseous and have some on off pains. I'm 36 weeks, and like you hoping this wont go on for 4 weeks. It could just be false labour or our bodies preparing.....

I hate to tell you this, but it could go on for weeks. Sorry, I know that's not what you wanted to hear. But all these things are signs that your cervix, and your whole body for that matter, is preparing for labour. It may take weeks, it may take days.
