Unhappy Help! Does anyone else swell ridigilously in upper abdomen?

Help please if you are experiencing the same!

This is my 4th pregnancy. In all my pregnancies, I have looked ridicilously swollen on the upper abdomen, right under my boobs and above my belly button my stomach is hard and swollen, it is like I have a football there. But I look ridicilous, when my actually baby bump is in my lower abdomen. I am now 18wks and feeling depressed due to this. This pregnancy it seems to be worse. In the morning, I kinda look ok like I should at this stage, but as soon as I eat or drink something, the upper abdomen swells and I look like I was 8mnts along.

I have mildyl suffered this when not pregnant too, as long as I can remember, but then it seems to be that it is sugar and carbs that swell my abdomen.

The last 4 weeks, my weight has shot up too, 4kg in 4 weeks, seems like I cant control it. I was normal weight prior.

When surfing the net, I came accross something that it may be caused my yeast growth in my gut.

Has anyone experienced similar? Have you gotten help? I am feeling a bit stupid if I mention it to my dr. Im considering should I try east free+carb free diet.

Don't go on any restrictive diets in pregnancy- not recommended. See your GP if there is an issue, by all means. What do you mean by "ridigilous"???

Do you mean Ridiculous? Or rigid? As in your abdomen feels hard or rigid? Sorry, just want to try and make sure I understand, I think auto correct has messed with your spelling.

Yes I'm not sure which either- I doubt it's autocorrect as its not an actual word- OP could you clarify what you mean?

Sorry, lots of spelling mistakes now that I re-read it, I meant ridicilous! My profile looks like 'B', baby bump at low, then navel goes in, then a huge hard upper abdomen. I am feeling uncomfortable& heavy in my upper abs. Have been doing brisk walking and moderate gym work-outs through out, so its not like Im binging and being in-active.

If you're worried and uncomfortable, I'd see the dr
