    I have done a sticker sheet in each layer or a pretty hair tie and then something with a bit more "wow" factor at the end

    I agree .. I was never let to win at my parties growing up. Mum said it was nice to let my friends win because they have come to my party for me usually with a gift so it's giving back to them. I never got upset because I knew why. But I think this was from like 5 or 6yrs old so better understanding.
    I like the idea of stickers in between wrappers.. Just have to find gender neutral ones!

    I usually put a Freddo or lollipop in between & the 'major' prize is an activity/coloring pack.
