I am taking the Blackmores Pregnancy & Breastfeeding (which has 500mg of folic acid). The recommended intake of folic acid during pregnancy depending on what you read is 600-800mg. I am taking an extra 500mg of folate in the first trimester.
I also take 3000 mg of fish oil.

My Elevit says it has 800mg of Folic Acid so I guess Im ok with just taking that? I might look into the fish oil though. Which do you take LissMissMagic?

Good luck with your scan today wish!

Last bloods this morning before our scan tomorrow. I'm sure they love to keep you on your toes. Would normally have the results by now so a bit nervous they aren't great. Sure it will be more worry for nothing as things seem to go in our lives these days :-)

Some lovely person in the office shared their germs with me so feeling horrid at present. Blerk.

It's just Natures Own. With DS I also took a Vitamin D supplement but I haven't this time. Is anyone else taking additional Vitamin D?

Hi ladies, sorry I can't do individuals as I'm on my phone, but good to see some nice things happening with bloods & scans! Welcome to our newbies too

I did end up going home early from work yesterday - having a big problem with vertigo, but I think that's more likely a virus I've picked up from hubby, just morning sickness is making it worse! I've basically been feeling constantly seasick and reading text, especially on the computer, has been making me feel very dizzy and nauseous

Starting to feel a bit better this afternoon though so I'm hoping tomorrow will be a good day! I have my weekly BT tomorrow so I'm hoping my hcg has done another good rise

Also on the vitamin question, I'm taking the Swisse pregnancy multi, but my FS also said to take megafol and I've also been taking vit D since starting the cycle as my levels were low.

It can't come quick enough, hopefully will be all good and relieve some stress. Progesterone went down again today to the 50's from 74. Hcg is good at 39000 up from 19000.

    Fingers crossed!
