Default Snow (Mt Bulla) with 8mo

Hi - we're going to snow on w/end & not sure what to pack...
Driving from Mainsfield to ski at Mt Bulla and just found out you can't drive to village - have to park car & get shuttle to village. The shuttle has no storage so you hold skis/boards in hands...just wondering if anyone has done this with a baby?
Should I take pram (mb swift) or would a stroller be better/easier (Mac quest)??
Any other tips for snow trip with baby would be much appreciated!
    TIA

We went to Baw Baw with our 7 month old and hands down the best thing to take is a baby carrier. I was kicking myself all weekend because I forgot to take my ergo! But if you don't have one/can't get one I think a pram would be better than a stroller, a stroller would be impossible to push on the slippery ground.
I can't think of anything else you would need, but I have a size 0 all in one snowsuit you are more than welcome to if you want it, I won't need it again

I would take a carrier and forget stroller. I X country ski, so my littlies were towed in a toboggan until they were on their feet then skied some and hopped back in the toboggan for towing when they were tired.
Hired snow suit and moon boots andmittens so they looked like little starfish, too expensive to buy as they grow so fast.
