    Default Robot vacuum and mop

Does anyone have one of these? The one that vacuums and mops (irobot scooba) I think it is. Or there could be a different brand that I haven't found? Is it any good? I am thinking of purchasing one for christmas for myself as mopping really hurts my back and with 3 kids-4 by then around mopping needs to be done regularly.

    Thanks

My mil has a robomaid that just vacuums. It's awesome. It works well for them.

We have the neato, it's amazing. I can't believe how much it picks up from carpets every day. We have a dog that sheds a lot and it copes with that too.

We chose the neato because it works to a grid pattern and maps the area so it makes sure every bit of the floor surface is covered. Others that we looked at cleaned in random patterns.

    Love love love my neato

I got a cheapo Good Robot vacuum from ebay. It was only $255 so a lot cheaper than the name brands and so far it seems to do OK. It comes with mop pads but I haven't tried them out yet. I also wanted to get the scooba/robot vac but they were just way too expensive. Mine works best on tiles but does OK on carpet and is a bit noisier than ideal but otherwise I'm happy with it.
