Acupuncture was interesting... She reckons I have a "cold" liver and we need to increase blood flow to my uterus and ovaries.

I got 40 needles all up (counted as she was taking them out) and have some tablets and powder to take.

20 tablets on the morning and another 20 at night so will see how we go with that.

Just been to HBF and not covered for it so that session plus medicine cost me $200 - hope it does some good!!

The first few times are interesting. The tablets I'm on are 10 in morning and 10 at night. I'm pretty slack I always forget to take them.
My acupuncturist always seems to know everything, even when I eat too much junk food.
Laura that is expensive, it costs me about $90 a month including tablets. I was going every 2 weeks thank gods it's now monthly.
How strange did the needles feel??? Does your acupuncturist specialise in fertility?

I'm feeling so nauseous today, my bbs are very sore. I don't feel utd but I also don't feel like Af is coming. It's weird. Ill know in a 3 days. Was going to buy a test today and it took all my willpower not to.

Oh wow!! That's loads cheaper than me Tully!! I did think what I paid was expensive but had nothing to compare it to... I was recommended this place from a friend who got her BFP after going there.

I didn't think the needles were sore when she put them in but felt them sting a bit once they were in. I am meant to be going again next week but not sure if I will be able to make it in time after work. The meds she gave me are only 10 days worth and there is no way I am paying $200 every 10 days - as much as I want that illusive BFP . Maybe I can string it out for two weeks before I go back... Or with any luck I might get my BFP and not need to go again...!

You have great willpower - I would have caved in and tested!!! Your symptoms sound promising

Laurs maybe ask her if she could give you raw herbs to cook up yourself rather than the powdered granules? From my experience the powder is way expensive. I was paying around $350 each month for a treatment & the powder (for a skin condition) & most of that was the powder! It worked though, so it was only for 3 months or so, which I was happy with. The raw herbs are definitely cheaper. Good luck!

I give up Ttc sucks. AF is on her way, had to go to toilet in middle of night and there she was well the start of her anyway. Maybe cycle 15 will be the one. Was so hoping for great birthday news.

Aw Tully so sorry to hear that AF has made an appearance....

Happy Birthday though!! Console yourself with some nice chocolate not the same as a BFP I know but still guaranteed to put a smile on your face (or maybe that's just me it has that effect on - he he)!!

First Day AF arrives is always hard.... I usually shed a tear or two that day and no longer feel bad about doing so. It's good for us to let it out I reckon.
