Hi guys thought I'd join, I'm 34 but only for another week it would be good to be in a group with others my age.
Dh and I have been trying Ttc for 14 months very frustrating. I have a dd 11 from a previous relationship but it would be nice to have one of our own.

Came off the pill about 1 and half years ago due to major headaches. About 6 month ago I went to my gp as af was very irregular I had test for pcos which all came back neg. my gp said they could do nothing else till af become regular. I started seeing a fertility acupuncturist who has regulated af yay. Haven't been back to gp again must do that.

Af is due this weekend would normally test but have decided to let nature take its own course. I get let down every month and I'm sick of it. Sometimes I think it's just not meant to be.

I'm sending baby dust to you all

    Welcome Tully!

This TTC stuff is depressing and frustrating at times eh?! At least this is a good place to vent your emotions

Can you tell me what I should expect from my first acupuncture session tomorrow? Sounds like you are a pro!!

I have my fingers crossed that your AF stays away this weekend and you are rewarded with a BFP instead

Hi guys, I turned 34 in March and fell pregnant first try. Unfortunately we lost the baby at 10 weeks and I'm bank here TTC again.

Just found out we're pregnant again first time round. It will be our first

I'm pretty surprised given all the things you here about advancing age and fertility. And obviously what some of you are going through

I dunno if it helps but I think position was the key for us both times, plus I was pretty regular.

Laurs I love accupuncture, it makes me very relaxed. It doesn't hurt either that was my main concern. She normally checks my toungue and pulse while we talk, then she does the needles each time there put in different spots, today I had feet, tummy, hands and face. First time is weird but it gets better. Normally I lay and relax for 20-30mins today I fell asleep ha ha.
When i first started they gave me Chinese herbs I had to cook and drink I really struggled with then, I now take little tablets instead much easier. Apparently the herbs work better I just couldn't stomach them.

Please let us know how you go tomorrow.
