I've been feeling exactly the same. Exhausted each afternoon and feeling down and depressed since yesterday morning. I'm hoping it *is* hormones and AF (or preferably a BFP).

Fingers crossed it's the latter for us! *hug*

Now I just need to feel positive again! Which is a little hard with BFPs coming thick and fast in the testing threads. :/

    I'm so sorry ladies.
Is there anyway you can have a 'mental health day' at all?
Sometimes, staying in the couch watching real housewives re-runs and eating chocolate is the only answer.

I'm seriously considering taking a week off work to get my head back in the game... And to hopefully get our apartment organised. (Second bedroom is being used as storage dump and the dining area needs a bookcase and a dining table to fill it instead of boxes and a computer table).

Tested this morning and BFN. No sign of AF either. Looks like I'm back to my irregular self!

My sister-in-law and brother just called to say they're 5 and a half weeks pregnant. They didn't expect to fall pregnant so quickly. You know, on their first try.

    FML.

Excuse me while I go cry in the corner.

ETA - she has PCOS, which is why it's more frustrating for me.

The witch arrived this morning. I'm on study leave today & tomorrow but all I want to do is cry. And what's up with all the people with issues (like PCOS) getting pregnant before those who should have no problems??? Life is so unfair. My SIL (DH's sister) has PCOS & has been ttc for a while too. I live in fear.

Have been feeling blue for too long. Need to be more proactive.

So I went and got a thai massage tonight. Only my third ever massage and boy do I need to do this more often!!!

Also booked myself in for acupuncture on Sunday morning (for infertility).

I'm willing to try anything and everything now!

Do you guys do any non-western medicine techniques?

I've never had acupuncture before. Kind of freaked out about it!
