Guess I should join in this group as well, seeing as I'm 34! We're in our first ttc month officially (although apparently we aren't ttc, according to hubby, we are just not trying to not get pregnant now lol), although had a bit of a fumble for August, but obviously nothing happened

Am rather paranoid about it tbh as since we migrate to Oz (from the uk) life has been so lovely and a bub would be so amazing, so I can't believe we would be that lucky (we aren't pessimistic by nature, just not wonderfully lucky people usually and can't believe how lucky we feel ever since we moved here ). Its one of the main reasons we moved here, as I would never ever have had a baby in the UK (lots and lots and lots of reasons - a major one being we simply couldn't afford it at all), so fingers crossed it happens, although as my Mother told me she got pregnant after about 3 days of trying, and the same for hubby's brother and sis-in-law, I'm now paranoid that we are both far too ancient to have a bub (hubby being 43).

OK, stop whittering and get back to positive, optimistic Boxcat as normal! Sorry, I tend to waffle quite a bit lol - just wanted to sign up, and say to all in tww, waiting to be in tww or anywhere else in the grand cycle of things Hope we all ignore the doom and gloom about ages and fall very quickly indeed

(On which note there was a really interesting article I read, from the BBC, about how the stats on age and pregnancy were from 1600 in France or something, and therefore are a load of balony anyway, and much more recent research means that fertility doesn't decline like they though with age, it was just they based it off the church records of who was getting UTD/live births, and obviously women that were older back then weren't having as many babies, but as they have pointed out, for lots of reasons a major one being people simply didn't live as long, so had less time for conceiving etc....so we shouldn't panic until we're a lot lot older hurrah lol)

Sorry, will shut up now - hi to all and babydust

    Default Update

Hi girls...well I am on CD 10 or 12 - this AF was confusing. I had two days of spotting than five days of normal stuff. This is very abnormal for me, usually around the other way. Plus CD8 it seems like I had good CM. Hate my body after a MC so confusing. Peeing on the OP but nothing...technically due to ovulate on Tuesday.

So I figured we might as well just try like we normally would and see what happens.

Acupuncture is still ongoing, though I am not entirely sure what it is doing still, but I will keep it up a little longer. I have been struggling with taking my supplements lately - have been really busy and its the last thing I think of.

DH has had a health scare, but we won't know more until he sees a specialist in a month's time.

I had an announcement last week as well.

    Hope everyone else is well.

You're much better off here now more than ever - it has changed a LOT in the last 9 years imho, which is a massive shame, but we just are so grateful and thankful to Australia for letting us come live here, in Paradise, for ever and ever lol

For you - the waiting is takes soooooooo long, doesn't it! grrrrr lol

Sorry to hear about your husband Tully, but glad to hear all is ok.

    Welcome Boxcat

12DPO for me today. If this cycle doesn't result in a BFP I will be on to month 12.....

Glad everything worked out okay, Tully!

My DH is not feeling well this week. Since it's CD 13, I don't think anything will be happening this month. Oh well. Next month shall be a winner!
