It's funny that we spend half our lives trying not to fall pregnant but now that we want to its hard. Ttc can be very frustrating.
I am lucky I have a healthy dd 11 but that was when I was trying not to fall pregnant. Dh and I just want a little one of ours. He's an amazing step dad but I can't help feeling like I'm letting him down. I must admit since deciding not to try again till Xmas has been just what we needed there's no stress anymore and I'm more relaxed dtd is now fun. It's always in the back if my mind that we may get that bfp but I'm not stressed as I was, were both enjoying life.

    Sending you all baby dust

Don't feel like that! You haven't let him down. He married you. Not your reproductive system. And you'll be getting a BFP soon! xxx

Just had my second blood test. Still no period, so that's a good sign. But since I normally only get them every 3 months, I'm not holding my breath.

Here's hoping my levels are a couple of hundred at the very least (meant to have doubled every 2 days).

Have completely abstained from poas (which has been immensely difficult!).

    Anyone else testing soon?

Thankfully I took today off work to spend time with DH (he just finished a project last night for which he's been working long hours, so we feel like we haven't seen each other in over a month so took today & tomorrow off)

Hopefully he can help me stay distracted as I wait for the phone call!

Still waiting for a call. I even cracked and bought pee sticks. It's taking all my strength to not jump the gun! Worst part is - DH has had to go in to work for a few hours so I'm at home by myself trying to distract myself! There's only so many Grand Design episodes I'll be able to watch before going completely nuts!

    Thanks for all your thoughts.

Unfortunately the results were not good. "Your pregnancy hormones are down and progesterone levels are down as well. Almost back to baseline".

For some reason my FS wants me to come back on Monday next week for another test as I still haven't seen AF. I'm not holding any hope, though.

I was so excited to get a positive and, even though I knew something was not right two days ago when most of my symptoms went, I just wanted to believe it was finally my time.

Had another two friends announce their soon-to-be bundles of joy today as well.

Now I have to think of how to break this to DH.

    Thank you.

Yes, it is! Also extremely frustrating. I just don't get it at times. Also I don't know whether to be angry or depressed. All I do know is I wish DH would come home so I can get hugs.
