I was told by my ob, for normal people, any exercise that isn't high impact, that you were already doing is fine in pregnancy. He was so lovely! He its retired now though Everytime I seen him, he would congratulate me on making it so far, brief run down on bubs development, some stats, and what was next... Was so reassuring!
He was like "congratulations on making it to 9/20/30/37 weeks! You now only have x% chance of mc now (my biggest fear) and bub is now..."then once bub was viable he would give stats on if he was born .... Survival rates etc...he could have been feeding me bs! But I felt better.
I was lifting boxes of 15 kgs at a time when preg, until my belly was too big! I'd been doing it months prior and was told as long as I was careful and listened to my body id be fine! I remember being at the top of a 6 ft ladder at 7 months hanging xmas decorations in mums shop....all the customers gave me a serve :/ I knew the risks, but also knew I was being careful.
