Thank you ladies. I've been watching along and seeing how you have all been this last week, but not commenting very much on BH. Will be just past 7 weeks Jessy. I seem to be flip flopping between being optimistic and grieving - so glad to find out tomorrow.

It's just so much easier when you know what's happening, try not to worry too much until then LT xx
I was 7w3d on Mon when I had my scan and the technician warned me that I might still need an internal if she couldn't see a hb from the external one. Just wanted to say don't panic if you don't get a hb straight away with an external because it obviously is normal not to as well. And ask for an internal if you're not happy with the external. Hope that helps and makes sense!

I'd be very interested to read your blog Nomie. I hope af arrives soon. My af arrived yesterday and is a little heavier than normal.

Jessy you are such a bright ray of sunshine! We are having a hard time but we are getting through it. Yesterday we had DS dentist appointment which reduced me to tears as we left. DS was very good, he protested and cried but when the exam was finished he said 'xav was very brave.' He is such a good kid. But it's my fault he has decay in his teeth. Comfort feeding and feeding to sleep is the reason. He got his teeth really early and the constant feeding has allowed decay. I wish I was a better mum for him. I really thought I was doing my best. Bit there you go, it's my fault he has to have a general anaesthetic.

Anyway who is next to test? Funchu I think you still have a few days left but we already know the result, BFP!
Ive just let DS lead? Before christmas i noticed he would randomly grab his privates (through his clothes/nappy on the outside) either front or back, then id check and he'd be warm from wee, or have a poo... so i knew he was becoming aware.

After his bath at nights, id put a pair of jocks on for a bit (built it up gradually) we had the potty around, he'd sit on it, but not do anything...we did have a fair few accidents, but eventually he did a wee (only a few drops) and i done the whole over-excited woohooo!!! gave him a sticker, and 2 mini mnms... and he just started to do it more often.

When we went on holidays 2 weeks ago, we brought a step/seat for the toilet from baby bunting, and when we got home he wanted to use it, so put him in jocks, and sure enough, he done a wee on the toilet. The next morning he wanted jocks on, so i went with it.....and we havent looked back! He has done it all himself! Such a clever chicken

Try not to feel like you arent a good mum to your DS!! IM sure you are a fantastic mum! You would have done what you needed to get you through. I know it must feel horrible, but there are other things that could have contributed, and you are taking steps to fix it. I still havent taken DS to the dentist yet?? Ours said not until his 2yo molars were though...so i havent bothered?? HE has 3 to go...

Have scan tomorrow that will definitely tell us whether our little bean has continued to grow or not. The 6 week scan was inconclusive with just a gest. and yolk sac. Haven't had any spotting or pains, but I know that the sac can keep on growing without a bub.

I'll either be that little more happier this time tomorrow or I'll be back in minus days, awaiting in limbo to start again.
I Have EVERYTHING Crossed for you for tomorrow. Heres hoping you see a nice healthy bean with a super strong heartbeat bouncing around inside

Thanks Jessy - yes it makes sense. I am one of those 'lucky' women with a retroverted uterus, so it is usually internal until around 10 weeks! With two of my bubs I didn't have a scan until between 15-20 weeks. And our first, I didn't have one til 12 weeks.

Disney - how far along are you now? I hope it's all going smoothly for you.

Afm- pregnancy is going well. 7 weeks to go! To be honest I'm so excited to finish work in a few weeks. Keep telling bub he has to let mum finish work, have a week rest and then he can come whenever! Lol I have my baby shower next week so I'm looking forward to that too. This lil man is going to be spoilt rotten with all the people coming. Oh this is my lil man....

Hi ladies I'm so sorry to have been mia for ages! It's funny how ttc (even just starting) can be so daunting so I tried to stay away from this site for awhile.

Anyway just for some potential positivity on our Wednesday morning I decided to test and I'm only about 10/11 dpo. What do you guys think? Should I get a blood test/see the doctor and is it worth telling dh?

Oooo i can see a 2nd line. It's quite faint but there. If it was me i think I'd wait until tomorrow or this arvo & take another test.
If the next tests line is darker I'd tell DH, unless you can hold out until Fathers Day to surprise him?
I'd also probably wait until you've missed AF for the gp appointment. Obviously that's just what I'd do
