    I'm sure they would put you that for a reason, if you start really low then you have nowhere to go when you plateau as 1200 is the absolute lowest

    Yes, it's because I'm breast feeding, but I wanted to do 1500 calories. Doesn't matter. I can skip the snacks if I can.

    Id skip snacks 1700 is huge! If you find feeding is making you hungry at least you know you have the extra calories to play with. Even 1500 is huge but breastfeeding made me hungry so I probably could if.i was feeding.

    So..... do you choose as many snack from the options available as you want to add up to your snack calorie amount??

    Yea I just clicked on whatever it was so say Monday is dairy based I picked out of that list and so on. Ive picked my snacks for the week already so much easier.


    I see the meals are for 2 servings to geez lucky I looked or I would ve eaten double.

    Oh wow yes I just had a better look. Under snacks it says no more than 370 calories and some snacks are 100 cal some are 15 so yes good pick I thought it was 1 snack only.

    1500 is not huge at all! You will find that is average and 1200 is the lowest possible end of the scale
