Can you change meals? I really don't like some of the things
If you find the weight isn't shifting though make sure you're not always replacing with carb heavy options. I loved the risotto and lasagna so much I ended up eating them too often so the weight didn't come off as quickly as I'd have liked! When I asked the question they said lay off the carb heavy meals

I love the similar opinions thing too. I'm going to try not to swap - but I'm hoping we get to try the yummy ones below later on too!!!!
