    Hi all... Been off the 12wbt wagon this week, but down 3kg from last week. It's called the 'having heaps of problems at home' diet! Still down 9 all up, and back to being motivated again... Nice to see everyone touching base.

    I have weet bix for breakfast most days with a 1/4 cup milk and half a banana sliced up. I usually just stick to 1200 cals per day. Some days I eat the 12wbt meals.

    I love weetbix but find they don't fill me up as much as my muesli. I know what you mean though,

    So despite no workouts (sick) and my Saturday dinner of M&Ms crispy and sparkling wine, I'm down 900 grams. Ridiculous. I bought a pedometer, and I found just aiming for 10,000 steps a day ensures I'm getting at least some exercise in...

    How is everyone going?

    I'm still struggling to eat well. Not the main meals, but snacks. Anyway, I am going to keep going. It's not that bad, but I am finding it hard in the evenings.

    I may not have lost much weight (which I accept full responsibility for) but I am so much fitter. I still exercise my 6 sessions a week, it's just food that I struggle with. Today I managed to jog for 5 minutes and beat my original 1km time trial by well over 1 minute. Before 12wbt, I ran 1km in over 7 minutes. Today I finished it in under 6 minutes. It was only accidental that I checked the time so tomorrow I'm going to give it a go to get an official time.

    I love exercise, just wish I didn't live food so much as well.

    How is everyone going?

    Just want to let you know that if you like the recipes and exercise plans, or if you want to keep on exercising, and you haven't printed stuff out, you need to start doing it now as once the 12 weeks is up, you won't have access to anything but your stats.

    I've just started to go through all the recipes and print out ones I haven't tried that I think I will like.
